Products and Orders

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. J.Stewart Hair reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Hair Extensions and Products

Due to the nature of hair extensions and beauty products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, hair care products, or styling tools once the order has been fulfilled. Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe listed on the product page. J.Stewart Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has been dispatched. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at glamourhairdesigns.com or via Instagram at @j.stewarthair with a photo of the item and your order details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

MasterClass Registration

Registration for the J.Stewart K-Tips MasterClass is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the required deposit. All sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances are due by the date specified at the time of registration. The MasterClass is open to licensed cosmetologists only. J.Stewart Hair reserves the right to verify licensure and deny entry without refund.

Refund Policy

All sales are final across all products and services offered by J.Stewart Hair. No refunds will be issued after an order is placed or registration is complete. In the event of a damaged or incorrect product we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Photography and Media

By attending any J.Stewart Hair event you grant J.Stewart Hair permission to photograph and record for educational and promotional purposes. Your likeness may appear on J.Stewart Hair social media platforms and marketing materials.
